REFUND POLICY


RETURNS

We want you to be totally happy with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you have 14 days, starting from the day you receive your order, to initiate a return or exchange. However, please note that, due to hygiene considerations, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that are no longer within the specified returns period mentioned above. If you attempt to initiate a return outside of this timeframe, we may need to send the item back to your default delivery address and kindly request that you cover the associated delivery costs. We appreciate your understanding in adhering to our return policy guidelines.


CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

To facilitate a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:

Jewelry Condition: The jewelry must be returned in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition. 

Original Packaging: Please include the original packaging when returning your jewelry. This helps us maintain the quality and presentation of our products for future customers. To safeguard your returned items during transit, please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent any potential loss or damage. Also, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.  

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are not refundable unless the jewelry is found to be faulty or incorrect. We kindly ask you to cover the return shipping expenses. 


FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. At The Third Sister, quality is extremely important and we will be happy to fix it. Please contact us immediately by providing details about the fault, including any relevant photos. Reports of faulty items must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the item. We kindly request that you notify us of any defects or issues promptly within this timeframe to ensure we can address your concerns effectively.

Resolution Options:

Repair: If the fault is repairable, we will gladly fix it for you and ensure your jewelry is restored to its original beauty.

Replacement: In cases where the faulty item cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an identical or similar product, depending on availability.

Full Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method promptly. 



INCORRECT ITEMS 

In the rare occurrence that you receive an item that does not match your order, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, we are committed to rectifying this promptly. Please inform us immediately and provide us with details of the incorrect item received, including any relevant photos if possible. Reports of incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days, starting from the date of receiving the item. We kindly request that you notify us within this timeframe to ensure we can rectify this promptly.

Resolution Options:

Replacement: Once we receive the incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct item, depending on availability. In case the ordered item is not available we will offer you the option, based on your preference, to receive an alternative product of equal value.

Full Refund: If a replacement is not viable, we will promptly process a full refund to your original payment method.
